Jan, a Miami native, has lived in Central Florida for over a decade with her daughter, Britt. She is an active and dedicated volunteer in the philanthropic community, contributing her time to numerous local charities. Understanding the struggles that parents face is deeply personal to me. I believe that no parent should ever lie awake at night wondering how they will feed their children the next day.
